Training and competing has been a part of our lives for many years. As so many of us, we started off training to get strong and look good in our bathing suits. This passion led us to the NPC and competing. All along this journey we have been bombarded with all sorts of diet and training advice and sadly most of this advice was bad and some of it just downright awful. We continuously struggled with meal prep. Whether it was during a contest prep or the off season, we spent a lot of time calculating our daily macros and trying to figure out what else we could eat in a given day to fulfill our requirements.
One evening while training at a local gym in Yukon, OK, I ran into an old friend that I had not seen in several years. After catching up, he told me about his meal prep business and offered to give me a tour of the kitchen. We tried several of his meals and from there we were hooked. We searched around the Tulsa area for something similar but could not find anything we liked. We decided to bring Prep'd to Tulsa.
