When trying to lose weight, people come up with all sorts of complicated rules. I hear these all the time. You don't have to follow some fancy diet plan to lose weight. In fact doing so will likely lead you to failure. Warning: I am going to say some controversial things in this post and ruffle some feathers a bit, so hold on.... How many times have you heard someone sayย something similar to "He can't lose any weight because his thyroid is messed up" or "She has blood sugar issues and can't lose weight" ? Sound familiar?
